How do we start working together?
Send a request on the website or call us. We will clarify your question and suggest a format of work.
How are fees determined?
We work on hourly rates: a consultation is UAH 4,500 per hour; monthly support is UAH 3,000 per hour, and a prepaid package of 10 hours costs UAH 27,000 instead of 30,000 (a 10% discount). For project work the final fee is agreed after we review the task. Prices are exclusive of VAT, the minimum billing unit is 30 minutes, and the fee is always agreed before the work starts.
Can I order a one-off service?
Yes. We work both on an ongoing basis and on individual tasks.
Do you work with private individuals?
Yes, we provide services to both companies and private individuals.
Do you guarantee confidentiality?
Confidentiality is one of our key principles. We use client information only to perform the task.
What should I prepare for the first consultation?
Documents related to your question: contracts, correspondence, reports, decisions of authorities. If you are not sure what is needed, we will tell you during the first call.
